lol... me too. I didn;t fare so well on Sat night with my sis but I'm not focusing on the negs. I'm on day 8 with a blip in there. This is not easy!

day 10 i cant believe it it was hard cooking sunday lunch without a glass of wine in my hand normally i have the box in the kitchen and keep topping my glass up . i feel stronger with every hurdle where drink would normally be involved. please god let me keep it up

Amelia, I'm really confused about what I want, so I don't know... which is really just the pitts... but returning to the positive... you are doing so well! I'll be doing abs again this week (I seem to cope with that really easily... it's the weekends that grab me by the ovaries) and I will try againto abs next weekend. I'm still in our 30 day club even if I did have that blip last night with my sister.

Hi everyone, I am now on day 8 AF. Yesterday was the toughest day so far I was really down inthe mouth and I almost gave in to temptation but I'm glad I resisted.
Feeling better today and I am posting away like mad to anyone who'll listen because it definitely makes it easier for me.

yeah day 11
i feel so much better my hands dont shake any more i was so worried about that as if it got worse i would not be able to do my job. another thing you may think daft when i used to stick my tongue out ( in the mirror) it used to tremble dreadfully now that has stopped so something must be happening i havent lost much weight but i am hoping that the alcohol had something to do with the way the liver meetabolises fat and that will happen.
well done everyone else i know i could not have managed without you all. i dont think illl ever manage mods and dont want to tempt it i am not strong enough i take my hat off to those that can
