Hello Angellina, I'm not too sure if my message was sent properly... Please join all of us today for 30 AF... We have some people on day 2, 4, 6 . That's just awesome. Please let us know how we can show you the support that you need... Have you tried the Kudzu Rescue or any other supps to help your cravings? The more the merrier... Really. We are all looking forward to how day 2 goes and look forward to hearing about day 3, day 4 etc...

Go to the area on here for the TOPA, CAMPRAL, etc...there are TONS of threads...I READ, READ READ...you'll be scared to death....I have had NO side effects other than the scatter brain which is already improving and being very tired. Which both are worse when drunk...overall Topa is a good deal.

Thanks Luv, You are the greatest !!! I did check out that forum and have only began reading... I'm thinking that this might not be for me afterall.... Shall see though..I think that the L- Glut. might be enough along with Kudzu on bad days..

No I don't have cattle (I live in the middle of London - lol!!) but I paint them!! It would be great if I did have cattle however because I wouldn't have to trek all over the UK trying to find cows to draw and paint.

30 days is 30 days everyone has to start somewhere if id waited i woudnt have got stuck in 2 days is brill and leads to 3 an4 etc if it doesnt and we slip well no one judges you on here, we will all support you im day 15 today and to be honest that is the longest in years and years no one gloats on here about doing better than any one else every day i manage i am thankful to be honest half of me expects to fail the other half feels so well i dont want to drink but if youd asked me on day 6 i just didnt think id make it so let us know how day 2 finishes and how day 3 is .

Day 14 today...two weeks...OMG...TWO WEEKS...I hope the world isn't ending..I haven't been sobber this long in ages. LOL I am so proud of us ALL....we're doin it!!!

I'm singing "Day 5"

my fingers are going all over the place, I just lost my previous posting so here goes again .... what is it with no booze, I feel so alive, full of energy and just about to burst with happiness. Luvuall you are a star for getting us all to come along with you on 30 AF I'm about to break my record for abstaining since 1990, omg thats 17 years. I went for a run this morning and everything is so colourful, bright and alive.
I'm going to a 40th on Sat. and am DETERMINED that I shall be on the soft drinks and really looking forward to the challenge and waking on Sun. without a hangover. Reading, reading, reading threads is getting me so inspired and free. Thanks guys and a big hug for the support, 'we are family'.

Good Sunny Morning All

This is the Second Saturday waking up hearing the birds sing and enjoying a wonderful steamy second cup of coffee.. Used to only be able to "stomach" 1/2 cup most mornings. Congratulations to everyone that is going into the weekend with the "I'm not chosing to drink" attitude... I'm with ya. Hubby is going out to camp likely bringing our sons with him. (15 & 17. They are an absolute hoot to have, and they really saw me hit bottom 13 days ago. We love them dearly) So, I have to work a few hours this evening, barn chores(Cody- 29 year old horse and 2 miniature goats, Kiwi and ofcourse Niblet)
I'll be checking in later most likely and will attempt to finish my alfagan that I began 4 months ago.... Yahoo !! Some "me" time.... Just me, our 2 labs and ofcourse Alley-oop kitty. Have an awesome day all . We're in this together and we are all doing so well. If you can't reach your own back to give it a pat, I'm sure you have plenty of people that would be happy to.... :goodjob:
