    Hello All,

    I am still alive and kickin and AF!!
    23 days today!! (I actually had to look in my diary to check)
    Had a close call today though - lots of stress and not a lot of sleep etc.
    But did not cave in. Thoughts of you guys (amongst other things) stopped me!

      I have 20 AF days out of the last 32- I have not drank 62.5%!! Right now I am on day 4 and going to keep on going straight through! Wish me luck! :h
      Sunny days, sweeping the, clouds away. On my way, to where the air is sweeeet!!! Can you tell me how to get, how to get to......LOL

        Hello happycamper. I like your style. Breaking it down into a percentage. You know, if I figured my sober days, since the first day I found this site, I would be looking pretty good. I'm only on day 3 if I don't do the percentage. Otherwise, I'm probably well over 90 percent. Just a few days out of close to 90. Too lazy to do the math, but anything under 9 days would be less than 10 percent. :happy:

        I still would like a nice streak to brag about, one like Rocky hit today.

            HELLO ALL

            I made it through another day without giving in to the monster. Today was a challenge. It rained several inches and the buildings I am in charge of leaked like a sieve :argh: . That was problem enough with ceilings falling in and electronic equipment being ruined. But the real kicker was the equipment came in for a project I just spent $40,000 on, and it will not work with the production equipment we are using :xxx: . The project is several weeks late anyway, and now another setback. I wanted a drink SOOOOO BAD. But I kept my composure. I talked with the president of the equipment company and I think everything can be fixed. I retired to my bottle of L-glut and washed away my cravings :flush: .

            However, Now I am thankful for another day of Freedom, Life, and a Clear Head. :crazymonkey: (Woo Hoo another day AF)

                    Thanks guys, I am pretty determined this time to hold the line. I think it should get easier, but then reality kicks in.

                    I was pretty proud of the dance too. It remindes me of the way I acted trying to keep up with my kids when i was younger.

                    We are all just getting started. I am proud to be a part of such a great bunch.

                      wel done bear its fine when everything is going well the true test is when we have a crappy day i see my gp later i think i am going to ask him if i can go back to work. now that will be a test after 4 months off. oh yeah almost forgot 27 days af

                        U did well Bear with all that going on - very tempting to say 'Lets just try one'. Happens all the time at the moment with me but someone once said to me 'If you had a peanut allergy, would you go and have one just to see if u still have the allergy!'
                        So it goes on....now day 24.... I FEEL GOOD-ish

                          god i feel like a peanut, nope didnt work realy feel like a drink tonight just taken 2 kudzu, saw the gp this aft he said i cant go back to work for 4 more weeks i had syked myself up into going back next week and feel a bit flat now
