Peggy, do you think the computer has a problem with the brain / key interface? He He! We all screw up with the computer. I usually go to the edit button and fix the mistake and hope no one noticed. It is kinda like stumbling and falling when drunk; then getting up and looking around for witnesses.

You know I have seen on here many times "It is not how many times you fall down, It is how many times you get up". We have a lot of getter uppers here. We are all looking for that last rising.

Thanks Bear....I had no clue what that edit button was for!! But at least you got to see my dog twice in a row :-) And Amelia, what a blessing you are to me today. It just points out to me that it is so easy to quickly look at what I don't do right instead of what I "do" do right, and I'm good at doing that. Yeah, after 30 years of drinking, 28 days is really something isn't it???? WOW! Okay, I truly feel better, I really do. I'm going to give my friend a hug (he's the smiley old black one) and keep on going.

I'm just learning all sorts of stuff today!!

Well, the acupuncture was really interesting. Its to help u relax and not want to reach for any other sort of relaxation stimulus - know what i mean. They put 5 needles around each ear (no, it doesn't hurt and that comes from coward numero uno) then, for 45 minutes, they play relaxing music and tell you to tense and relax each muscle - I actually fell sound asleep for the last 10 mins it was that good! Over the weeks it apparently builds up the natural relaxation in you.
I got it for free under NHS, Amelia, so u might like to enquire. 'Auricular Acupuncture'.

Will do it for the next few weeks and see how it goes. I am prepared to try anything to beat this and I am glad to be in such good company.

Whats the ABS board by the way?

jaydee I wish I could get some 'Auricular Acupuncture' but I bet they don't do that here in the country. The ABS board is the abstinance board. Go back t the our community page and look down below the "General Discussion" catagory and you will find a abstinance thread and a moderation thread. I hope the 'Auricular Acupuncture' works well.
