wow, 100 pages. we are indeed a longlasting thread. why we will be the grandparent thread of the my way site. lol uh bear my bicycle is a ummm road bike. it is thinner than me and weighs like 4 lbs. ummmm if i had a gun on it, that would surely stand out as umm RAMBO BARBIE IS NOW RIDING HER BIKE. EVERYONE STEP ASIDE. ahahahahahahahahhaaha. seriously, though if you could imagine the image when one's vision finally get's clear as i was in the middle of gangland yesterday standing there. it was like that movie nite of the zombies when all of the zombies realize your presence. try putting a vicki secret model in the middle of a small village in as my friend sujon ananda would say---- you barbie in any village in india- which is where he is from--- would stand out like an anamoly. that was when i actually did get a bit concerned. hahahahahahahaha when in those situations one definitely seeks to fit in, not stand out like hey look at me BLONDE BARBIE on bicycle would like to be kidnapped or um robbed. take me to your hideout. oh god. yikes. that is on my list of NEVER DOING AGAIN. lol so today let's go tame. how about plant some lovely plants in the garden, gym time, beauty time, spa time. nice nice nice. read the paper. learn something. be kind to strangers. and send luv bug, my new nickname for luv. LUV BUG. send her some big ol cyber hugs.
and bear lastly, i was honestly racking my brain about RED PALMS and i couldn't quite come up with why you would have red palms. so, i was really concerned. like what happened to bear did he go on some jungle quest with a shaman and then i don't know was cursed by the village guy to have red palms? does he have to wear gloves all the time? i am praying that said liver and kidneys are in great shape big papa bear. for all the love in your heart i'm just going to intend that just moves right to all the other places and heals them right up. all things are indeed possible. so, you let us know about the results.

OH AND I FORGOT. as i always have to have a moral for a story. hummm biking in gangland. well, IF you are going to stop for a hot dog in gangland territory then prepare yourself first. get some good piercings, gang colors and nice gang tattoos, and oh yeah pack a pistol on your bicycle. otherwise, barbies should just plain ol abstain from hotdogs when in gangland territory. keep riding fast!!!!!!

before i head off for work i wanted to share a really beautiful moment from yesterday. yep you guessed it,, a boosie story. and since you probably think i make them up. hahahahah i don't. they actually do happen. so yesterday, i had the day off since i was beautifying. so after blonding that hair i walked up beach promenade to get some tea at herb store. thousands of tourists everywhere and as i walked past the theatre, i recognized this man in a wheelchair. but i couldn't place him. so walking back through all the shops and my tea in hand, i cross paths with him again. we said hello and i stopped to talked to him. and then i realized where i'd seen him. my hubby is avid surfer and he was indeed in a surf movie i had watched. he was a big surfer and then had had a bad accident when he was 17 and broke his neck and paralized him like christopher reeves style. but somehow this 28 year old man rehabd himself to be able to continue to surf. well, we talked for along time and i was so moved and inspired by him. he has a documentary coming out.

that is his website. he just broke his femer surfing waves in hawaii. this is a guy who is basically paralyzed waist down. i really realized in respect to the whole drinking thing well the dealio is this. if you have a big enough game then you play it. a big enough purpose to get up against you have to fight those odds or they will beat you. no big game, no big purpose well then you can spend each day pissing it all away. i mean you as in me or really anyone. so, jesse is now my new buddy and as he says can we hang out sometime???? me laughing really hard. sure we can hang out anytime. i'll go surfing with you or we can just go stare at those waves. so it was a beautiful moment yesterday as out of all the thousands of people, jesse who was really way off to the side just was this shining star calling out my name. and i was thankful that through god's eyes i saw him, stopped and talked for 2 hours to a complete stranger and became fast friends.
so, today jesse emailed me his site and i went to it and i cried really hard for a long time cuz i was so really inspired. and i know boots always has a moral to her stories but i'm not sure what it would be. maybe tis every once in awhile if you listen and pay attention the simplest of measures is there to show you how very very fortunate you are. who am i to piss away my life when one so young is trying so hard to make every day count for himself. and well, it was really nice of god to put him on my path.

as i am here i need to share something my hubby had polio as a baby and has very little use of his legs he can walk short distances with the aid of calipers so he can stand to go to the toilet etc he relies on a wheelchair most of the time. he was diagnosed with post polio syndrome 19 months ago and has been waiting for an appointment to see his consultant since then we cant afford to go private he has had severe pain in his foot for months and ended up going to a and e today and he has 3 fractures in foot they dont know what to do because his x rays are so bizarre with all the operations he has had he is a full time teacher we get no benefits i work full time and they as good as aid he should give up work and claim off the state which would kill him i am so angry

Hello everybody, we decided to stay an extra day at camp. Thank-You for all the birthday greetings everybody, you guys are so thoughtful. WOW I don't quite know where to begin,
Tex I really hope that all that rain will help your second cut of hay that you desperately need for all your beautiful animals.. I will be checking out that website you posted earlier to check out the show... My fingers are crossed for you. What an experience !!! To have such a young animal exposed to all the travel, people, horses, loud speakers etc, she must be a very level headed young lady indeed. Good Stuff. Looking forward to you getting safely home to place that ribbon proudly along with ALL the others.
Hey Morrison, Niblet is as Luv said my miniature goat.. When Niblet and Kiwi (another min. goat) were 8 weeks old we drove 8 hours to a farm to buy them... It turned out that the farm was very poopy and louse infested. After veterinary care as well as alot of TLC little Niblet pulled through.. We thought we might lose him. I would warm a bottle every 3 hours around the clock and take it out to him in the barn.( Had him on a bed of straw under a heat lamp-January 2/2006) He would almost be too weak to even suckle poor lil guy. Sometimes I would go out every hour just to try to give him a bit more. He did eventually perk-up and now my heart swells to see him run and play along with Kiwi...(both neutered)
Bootsie, thank-you for sharing the wonderful eyeopening story about that man that was paralyzed. You are so right. We can take our lives and do so much with them and this person is struggling just to keep going forward with such a willing spirit. You are such a beautiful person to realize that this path was meant for you to cross. Very Very tounching, heartwarming story.
Hello Bear, all your family here will be chomping at the bit to hear what your lab results are. I'm praying that all is well. I really hate to hear of all the ibiprophen you are taking... You poor dear.
Hello Hereatlast, I'm so sorry to hear about the terrible dilima you and your husband are in with his medical condition. There has to be a better way for him.. !.... He works soooo hard and contributes so much to so many... I wish you and him well... I'll say a prayer if I may.

When we got home this afternoon we went to a strawberry farm and filled 4 baskets. Tonight I made the fellas a smoothie (I had my fill out in the strawberry patch ha !! ha!! )
