i know bootcampbarbie checks in here. has anyone heard from her? i am worried about her health but now also very worried about her being in the southern ca raging fire area.
has anyone heard if she is ok?

Hey Flip and everyone, I talked with Barbi this afternoon, they are living minute to minute stilll not sure if they are evacuating......wow! talk about Major Stress!!! But, in true barbi fashion...."our Barbi with an I and not that other Barbie with and ie"...lol, our Barbi was busy multi-tasking and making lists in here pretty head while acting like this is just another day in the the Barbi with and "I" and not an "IE"...dreamhouse......I know we are all sending she and hubby and puppies all of our good energy, or prayers or whatever our mode of positive thoughts and wishes we choose to use...........we wish them safety and security.

hey all. hope you are well. dave thanks for texting me. let me know was going to call you. i'll call you tomorrow. but i posted on chrysa's member section. i posted under her california topic. so it's easier to just post there on the fire. but haven't had to leave yet. the numbers are staggering though. we are up to now a little over a million total evacuations for so cal and 400,000 mandatory. was so grateful that the dept of defense is sending in support tomorrow. and thankful the governator is asking for support from neighboring states for firefighters. yeah for the gov. of calll eee forrr nieeee aaaaa. i love that he can't say the name of our state. lmao. and i love my kate. why is it we can never speak for less than like 2 hours at a time? lmao. okay i'm buying an egg timer. i'll try and post some fire photos from the ridge. tomorrow we shall check and see if we have to leave or not. winds had changed in our favor tonight. yeah.. and we have a efw more days of santa anna winds of up to 100 mph. so we are praying. i don't know as i'm waiting to see containment number. this a.m. we are at 10%. shall post it on chrysas. glad to hear you are all are having fun. fairs, parties, kudzo, camping, vibrators, washers and dryers. i can barely keep up. and good ol kate. magic hope kittie is feeling better after the staples are out. love ya barbi the multi tasker.

This moring , I'm expecting a delivery of for hubbys plumbing, so I've been putting off doing my moring routine.. I'm just chomping at the bit to try out my new bike !!! That fella was suppose to be here in the morning sometime... uhhh well, my house is clean now anyhow, and I get to talk to you fine folks...

Hi all,
An O.K. day.Boring at work but got to leave a bit early to go see my little guy. He has moved up another reading level. Thats 2 levels in 2 weeks. I'm hoping its me spending a bit of time with him thats helping since he was in the same level for 2 years. I guess an hour a week really can make a difference....bootsie glad to hear you are still in place. I have been watching the fires and thinking of you...Nibs I was up that way once about 22 years ago playing around Michigan. My band had a job in Cheboygen for a week and we drove across some bridge one day. Think it was called Makinaw. I made a friend there and we still keep in touch. Hope to make it back one day to visit....hey I want a washing machine. We have to go to the laundrymat. Gotta go cook..love to all bird

More2, so good hear from you, you sound like such a busy gal !! Yep, it's pretty sad how fast our muscles lose their condition.. But perservier and you will be all that you can be !! I doooo love my new quiet bike, although found our REAL quick that I'm using a whole new set of muscles !! When I got out of the seat, my legs felt just almost like jelly !!!

Gotta love those brain farts nibs. I am trying to work in time for me. I am getting more used to the busy life now so it isn't as crazy as it was. Barbi, I put an "e" on it sometimes.
