I was mistaken this morning about the rain. It isn't freezing atall and most of our snow is now gone... Although it is supposed to begin snowing sometime tomorrow, just in time for Christmas. Yahoo !!! Enjoy decorating those yummy cookies Luv. What a nice traditon.

Hi all,
It is raining a little. We had to go to walmart and it was just awful there. We are cleaning up the house a bit and watching That Darn Cat. It must be a remake from the one I watched as a child from the way they are dressed. Hope you all are feeling good today and will check back in. love bird

hello everyone. sorry nibs that your mom is such a ninny. and in really hope more 2 made it through the little tyrant yesterday. sounded exhausting. lmao. oh luv makes a difference to have great children. luv says i never talk about my girls but they are angels and i have 4 grandchildren that are angels as well. it definitely made a difference. of course i think those girls and i have raised each other along the way.
i wish i could scan for you this beautiful letter i got in the mail last nite from bird and her girls. oh my god i cried for a long time. it was i think the most beautiful gift i've simply ever received. truly..... i can't tell you bird how sincerely precious this was for you to have your girlies and you actually sit down and hand write something and then the cartoon drawing.... well, like i said i cried for hours. jeez it would make me cry again thinking abut it. i am speechless... i'm resting today. and i know i have to hike those dogs but i have 4 more hours of day light. so i will get that energy somewhere and get some movies for recovering hubby. the housekeeper came. yeahhhhhhhhh more tests and stuff tomorrow and the next. will keep you all posted. happy ho ho my lovelies

Bootsie, I thought that you were talking about your dogs when you were talking about your girls. Hope the testing works out ok and hubby..geez...I cooked out and ate too much ohh I'm so full. Nibs sent me a doily pic and it is just beautiful. Nothing on but football, we are watching bugs bunny. We got a new parrakeet yesterday to go with our male who had lost his mate awhile back. Shes mostly white and the kids named her Frosty. Love bird

Guess what my sweetie bought me today for Christmas??? An english bulldog...she is 6 weeks old. The cutest most wriknly thing ever. I just cried. I have always wanted one. He is so good to me. I swear I cry all over him about Billy, he listen and consoles me, and loves my children. He really is a wonderful person. I am so blessed. 2008...IS OUR YEAR GUYS!!!! I just can feel it. AND Bootsie, I lvoe you with ALL my heart....you call me if you are scared and need me to hold your hand via the phone. EVEN on Christmas day!!!!! I love you truly!!!!!!!

Hi all,
A quick post before the kids get up. I was thinking when I woke up about how we used to Christmas carol when I was a kid. A group of us running from house to house and standing under the windows that were lit and singing. Sometimes they would come out and give us cookies or whatever. I wonder if I could get some of these kids on our road to do it? We live on a short dead end road and there are 4 families with kids. They probably wont want to but I will try. Anyway Sorry about your knee bear. Hope you got back to sleep. Bootsie I am praying for you and do love you so. Everyone dropping in today have a Merry Christmas. I'll be back later on.
