Hey all....WOW what'd I miss with my pal More2 and her son????? I've been sicker than a dog, dawg, weasel, you name it, I think I had the first type of flu, the one that starts with the intestinal bug, then goes to your head, then got better, then went out, and caught the second strain going around....I never "catch" stuff from the air, so I guess they are right about this being a particuarily awful season, haven't had the flu since college....I can attest that it is nasty, nasty crud....today is the first day in week, I've had 2 ounces of energy....whew....So, I missed alot, I'm sure! Bear, wonderful on 10mos., you have/are my HERO...D, soooo proud of you man, gosh, don't you feel soooo much better than you did last time we "spoke"...lol....amazing what not being hungover, or hanging over the toliet can do for you....I know DX is happy, happy too...she'll be doing the naked happy dance to see you come home with your sober ass this trip....lol....Boots, great to hear from you, Bird, I sure hope your kiddos get a-ok, this stuff is hard enough on folks without poor lil kids getting it too...Luv, try to take some Olive Leaf extract, I forgot mine, its an anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, we always take it this time of the year, and it just slipped my supplement regimen for some reason, boy, what a mistake, it'll keep you well....Cindi, hope you are doing well too.....I'll try to catch up! Love you all tons....please everyone take care, I wouldn't wish this crap off on my worst enemy, matter of fact, there's nobody I dislike this much anyway!!!!!!

Nibs, going to Kentucky is wonderful, Churchill Downs makes the hair on my neck stand up, sooooo much history making there, you can practically hear the pounding of hoofs even when the horses aren't running....see their breath coming out of their nostrils in the morning haze...its amazing country.....I'm glad you are doing well, I know you'll be happy for Spring time, your place is soooo pretty in the spring, I remember Easter pics from your place last year I think! Love you tons!

whew. big day already and I'm in San Diego...where it's short sleeve shirt weather...yeah!!
wish Dx was here...sniff. At least I'll be brining my sober ass home to a happy wife (LOL TNT).
Feels nice to get to a hotel and not be preoccupied with locating the bar. What a blasted ball and chain it's been. weeeeeeeeeee!

Poor Tex, I'm so sorry to hear that you are going through such a time with this flu.. arggg !!! On the bright side, it will make you appreciate being healthy plus being sober... Nowhere to go but up from now on Hon... xxx
Thanks for the wonder picture I now visualize in my head about Kentucky.. Since I was a very small girl I've dreamed of seeing the Horse Park... In 17 months that dream will come true...
Well, my "Alley-Oop" kitty is purring away on my lap just under my left wrist so this typing thing is a challenge at best..

First off. PAPA BEAR!!!! Wooo Whooo!! 10 months is awesome, it is life saving, it is Grace. :l I am so glad I joined MWO, because you are one of my major inspirations. I, too, have been drinking for 50 years and if you can do it, so can I.

Well, today I'm off, so I think I'll make a big pot of cappeletti soup for supper... Maybe throw some dinner rolls and bread together.. (before doing barn chores,,.. giggle giggle.. need clean hands for that )
We woke up to another -25 Celcius, so I'm glad to see that the days are getting longer promising spring... ahhh,,,, I cannot wait to get out into the garden
