Sleep is wot is on the menu at Rehab! Yes much needed sleep. You will forget all about Ripples and other things there. Mostly likely with computer access you can come to talk to us! Again, i have no problem taking a nice drive to Vermont and bringing snacks if you need them. :l I can bring Olive for cuddles too.

Boy oh Boy were the bugs EVER bad !!!!! We did get the porch 95% off the camp. there is a little section on the bottom that has really Huge spikes holding it in place. Hubby will need to bring his skill saw out to get that done. It was soooo ucky bagging all the old dusty, insulation... But, it's done and then we took a nice refreshing swim to wash up afterwards
Amanda caught her very first fish too ! Ryan was so patient with her helping her to bring it in. (1.5 pound bass that was released back into the water)
Cowgal, I can remember setting my alarm clock for 5:30 am just so that I could get in a ride before the temperature got too hot. The air was so fresh and all the birds would be singing.. ahhh.. I miss that.

I was soooo tickled to get home from camp this afternoon to see rows of little baby vegetable popping up out of the ground.. Weed too !!!! Haaaa !!! Haaaaa !!!! Luv, you are so cute Ty told me that somebody with an accent called and left a message.. sorry I missed your call Hon. It is totally normal to get nervous about this new chapter in your life... breath your way through it and know that you are not alone in this. Take us all with you and feel all the support we will be sending you. I'm so happy for you.

So, tomorrow after I get home from work I'll freshen up and head over to St. Joes Island. That is where I will be working at a little tea house. Pam want to show me around etc. I'm really looking forward to this guys !!!
Well, I think that I'll tuck my critters in a titch early, grab a shower and then snuggle on the couch in my jammies... ahhh... maybe make a pot of decaf tea.

Had a busy day! Zak started camp at the zoo and he fell asleep 2 minutes in the car on the way home. He said he had a fun day but was very tired....just what I was hoping for..HA HA We will sleep good tonight and it is storming here, thank God! It has been 101 today!

Hi all,
Geez my oldest went off to 4h camp for 5 days this morn. Sure is quiet and I mean really. Someone gave me a really nice weight bench and a recumbent bike today. I had been looking around for a nice bench at the yard sales. I had to put them outside cuz theres no room but its too damn hot to go out and try it and the gnats are really bad....our smallest chicken is sitting on eggs. The girls are very excited....I am back on antabuse, hopefully for the last time. I found if I take it at bedtime I dont get headaches. I'll try to stay on it this time. Glad everyone is sounding so good. love bird

Hi all I hope everyone is having a fine night I can not believe I made it 9 days cowgirl how are you hanging in there girl?? The one feeling that I was not prepared for was the overwhelming feeling of being tired. I am just starting to sleep without AL and thought the first days was hard not sleeping, but was never tired like this but maybe day 10 I will start to get some energy.

It is Tuesday around 11:40AM,I am on day 7, one week, yay!!! Louise and Rustie.................you guys are doing so well, I am rooting for ya, cuz I am running right behind both of you.............Sleep as I remember from my last 30 days is just such a WONDERFUL treat when sober for a while...............you will eventually get out of being tired all the time, I can't wait either, not enough sleep for me right now either......................but it is nice when I do sleep!!

Tough in Texas is missing?? Is Nibs gone, maybe I think I heard TIT was going somewhere too?? Maybe I am wrong, don't have time to go back and read too much right now, just wanted to pop on here and say a BIG FAT HELLO to everyone before I go work out for my lunch 1/2 hour................

Well Bootsie the fear of the unknown is scarey!!!! I don't wanna make plans for people to drive that far to meet me and then be wiped out through our visit. I don't mind saying I am scared shitless really. The closer it gets the more I feel panic.....I am working myself in to a real frenzy. HA HA
