Hey, Hey!!! Happy New Year! Can't you just feel how good it is going to be? It's SO exciting!! Great energy! I figured you were outsice Luvie. I can't do lunch this coming week, maybe next? Oh no, I can't- jury duty. I made a crab appetizer to take to a friend's today. I'll just grab some fizzy water on the way and stop off to visit my dad too.

Holidays were great Luv. I'm happy to be home and will be even more happy to be back into my routine on Monday! Had one experience of strong cravings while away (see Thur Monthly Ab thread) but worked through it.

off work early, but feeling "not too well"...........my back and right side (where my liver is................?!) hurts something fierce, yesterday and today, almost sick to my stomach over it, can eat, but feel sick after wards.........going to doc if it doesn't stop in a few days (well, I guess the hospital?) May be nothing, but was bad yesterday, worse today (or maybe it just feels so??) so if still hurting in a few days it is more than a pulled muscle.............

Worried, going to lay down for a while, man I would LOVE a massage..........maybe tomorrow too................I have my AA meeting tonight (wouldn't miss for the world) so am napping for a while...............:l

MA...I am very GLAD you are back in the AA meetings. VERY glad. That is what I wanted to hear. When you said you had not time...I knew we were in trouble...you LOVE your meetings. I know they arent for everyone but for you...they are your right arm.
I got all Christmas decorations down today. WHEW...I am beat. When I say beat...I mean BEAT! Bed early tonight for me....LUVALL

It is Sat pm.....................had a fun night last night again, meeting, then out to Village Inn again w/ the gang..............love it!! Then I got up early and started Tai Chi, cool....................had coffee w/ a friend, went to the gym and Costco......now home and chillin' Hope everyone is ok................kinda quiet here.

Nibs computer CRASHEd and is being repaired. She will be back soon. Not sure where TIT has gone. she ran away....More2 posted she was having a rough time with her kids so I hope all is better now????? I am sure things will pick up now the the holidays are over. We go in spurts here seems like. Cindi is on the boards...just not HERE....
Had a busy day myself. FUN but busy. Went shopping and had friends over for dinner. One friends...her fiance had WAY to much tio drink...actually he was about drunk when they got here...he knows he is gettin to the LINE. We have talked a few times. I dont wanna be PUSHY becasue that is a sure way to send someone RUNNING for the hills but I did tell him about some supplements and maybe topa....BUT also said NONE of it works if you don't want it. He said he had noticed he isnt the HAPPY drunk he used to be...I said OH HONEY do I ever KNOW that feeling. He knows me story as I very open about it. SO, maybe I can help him get pointed in the right direction...IF HE WANTS IT. Other than that the evening was very nice. if doesnt bother me to have others have a drink o two in my presence anymore. I do not keep it in the house though. Funny thing though at the store today....I went to get salad stuff....when you check out you always get a coupon...my coupon was a 3.00 OFF for a bottle of wine...LMAO. I cracked up! I came home WINELESS!

More2, good to see you and hear that TIT is ok, her daughter was giving her grief when we were in Houston too..............kids can be a pain, mine always gave me grief when I drank, now they don't and it is cool, I get compliments on them all the time, they come out to eat w/ my AA group, everyone is open w/ them, they are hip to the fact that if they ever develop a problem they know a place they can turn..............the swear they will never drink, but I told them that is what I said when I was a kid too (but by their age I was already drinking beer!!)

Anyway, Det, Tai Chi was cool, it was my first class of course so we only learned the first 3 moves...........I can tell it will be the closest thing to meditation I have ever been able to do, as my brain NEVER stops running.................can't wait to get more involved.

Off to the gym, pool, TODAY is alot sunnier than yesterday, yesterday looked like rain all day. Then meeting my AA sponsor to go over some stuff, THEN off to ride a while............can't wait, last week I only rode about 30 min. in the pasture while Larry and I talked...........will go out w/ his girlfriend today.............for about 1 hour or so...................

talk to you all later, the hectic (semi-hectic, only have Dr. Cognetta 2 days this week, so will have a day off, haven't been told which one yet though)..........(without pay, so that sucks!!)

Happy Hump day my dears! Kids are at their dads tonight so I am officially off Mama duty! No cooking tonight. Going on a date...to the movies...
