hey all

I think taking cold medicine to clear my head(post nasal drip) was a mistake, I feel like crap!!! DEFINTELY don't want to drink, but space headed to say the least....................hate it!!! And this cough, I cannot stand to not feel well.............................

How is everyone? Hope you are all doing well, I am just doing laundry, ran errands, went to gym, lunch and stayed out of the heat...................wanted to get my haircut, but the placed closed 10 min before I got there and w/ my hours I won' t be able to get it done til next Friday...................I love the way she cuts it, so only want to go to her.............

Caught a short, sweet almost uneventful ride today, Nerrisa freaked out on my friend, I think we rode by a wasp or bee/hornet nest, she actually bucked, but thank GOD my friend stayed on...................that would have SUCKED!!! Cocoa started acting like a big bee or bug was irritating him too...............and we heard a buzzing noise pretty loud, we really could have had a disaster o our hands and been hurt!! Won't go riding there again!! Not til winter anyway.............

Made it to Colorado! WHEW....12 hrs Sat., 7 on Sun., what a ride! Weather is awesome here, everything is a-ok, I'm doing domestic goddess chores to get ready for the historical tour, having a backsplash done in the kitchen, few other lil things. I will check in again soon! Love you all! Hope you get over your cold MA, that's the pits!

HOLY SHIT MORE2, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I'm sooooo bad! My calender here doesn't have all my bday info on it! I feel just awful! I've called ya back from the other day, and couldn't get ya, I promise that we will celebrate like nobody's business when you are up later this month....damn, my bad, I'm so glad it was a good day! I know EXACTLY what I'm getting you, you'll find it in your room when you get here! I got some for myself today! Love you all.....

Oh, and yes, Norman is with me, and I had a gal here, a local artist that specilalizes in pets, so a painting of the pic you see of him in my avatar, it is exactly the same, its unreal, she's doing the mastiff with the jack russell on his back too....I was laughing walking back from the gallery, thinking...."what are people going to think when you have paintings in the hall of your pets, and not your kids?"....lol.....geeeezzzzzz.....thing is, this is kinda my escape, so we have pics of Chuck's kids that don't treat either of us like we have the plague, but they are just in frames here and there, and I haven't put up my kids pics, its just an escape from the troubles not to see pics of them, keeps me from begging back....lol....but seriously, I guess right now, I like the dogs better! I'm so awful, forget my bestest pals bday, and paint the pets, not the fam.....I have got to reform!

Billy's bday is Friday not getting depressed this year.....I am totally engrossed in our new church. We are all loving it. Me and his Mama are making a trip to NC Friday AM to get my Greenwing Macaw and she is getting a parrot that is already 8 months old...it sings opera...it is hysterical. She says several things already too. We are just going to stay busy. NO BOOZE in site...she doesn't drink at all. AND I have the kids this weekend...made sure of that. So, all is good for me. All bases covered.

Anyhow, have a wonderful Thursday today....................don't go into work until 8:30, then supposedly they are changing my hours BIG TIME, will switch me totally opposite of what my body has finally gotten used to!??! This place is totally CRAZY!! They say I will work 9-? Mon, Tues and Thurs, 9-4 on Wed (due to swim meets) and 7-? on Frid.............we'll see how long that lasts, I don't take anything there seriously anymore!! Things change daily, by the hour as a matter of fact!!!
