Not doing Octsober Bridge.. it annoys me how they promote getting people to buy you a ticket to drink in the same breath as asking you to participate in a month of not drinking... bit messed up methinks.

Hi Ho to international/other type visitors.
Agree on the Julya comments.
I went to my first Pilates Reformer class last night. (Pilates done on a spring loaded bed, incorporating the use of a ball, squeezy circle thing and a big box). Man - it was hard and it made me really dizzy. Loved it though. This afternoon I'm slinking off to go swimming in the large sparkly pool.
I hope everyone has a brilliantly gorgeous day.
Remember during Octsober - Freedom, Clarity, Pride. Can't recall where I saw that originally, but I printed it and stuck on the glass wall I face every day.
