      No spagett for me. I bought my MOG frock today so I'll be living on kale juice and air for the next few weeks.
      There's two ways of looking at the holes in your shoes

                        Happy - you will be pleased to know that the yoga poses for back pain that you recommended have worked wonders after chasing mr b's boy around Sydney last week!! After several rides at Luna Park I felt quite out of whack - but the yoga is getting me back in alignment
