      morning troopers!

I've been avoiding you all because I fell off the bloody horse and feeling grumpy with myself. Nuff said.

And yes, we are settling well into our new place - but something really really weird happened on the first day we were there, which is what knocked me off my perch. I'm still processing it - will tell you all the whole story when I have!!

Glassy - the dress looks lovely and you will be so happy that you will look completely radiant and your most perfect self I love purple too!

Far out - we're all dreaming about Tawny!! Thinking of you dear frog, and sending cyber thoughts your way. :l It is so hard to work out the right thing to say ......

Nicey - hang on in there! This end of the circus is relatively calm for now - I have my wise one under my thumb for now and got him to complete three projects that are years (literally!) overdue for sign off. Two toxic people are being a pain in the proverbial, but today my door is closed.

Thinking of everyone, whereever you are and whatever you are doing. Some days I just dont know what I would do without you all xx

        Hiya Undies, here I are.

After my self-imposed week long posting moratorium, I've finally read all of your and visiting Ovaries' comments and thank you sincerely for your lovely words. Please forgive me if I don't reply to all your PM's - just realise they were much appreciated at a difficult time.

Lucky - you made me LOL - you know me well. I am indeed a squirmer.

Thank you also for the Light a Candle link - I've always liked that site.

The really hard parts are over but I'm utterly stoked to have known such a brilliant, talented and gentle man who will be sorely missed by a great deal of people.

It's kind of weird but I'm much more comfortable reading the words of cyber friends than dealing with people in the street who insist on bursting into tears and hugging me.

I have one more gig to organise and that is a 'Celebration of his Life' and after that I might give myself permission to have a really really big cry.

Thank you all for being here. I can recommend this trip for weight loss. I've dropped just under 5kg ...

I know exactly what you mean.

Good to see you. Take care of yourself :l

Hi Froglette, I'm very sorry to hear about your loss. A really really big cry will be good (once the dust has settled on the formalities) The death of a loved one is a time for immense growth. Grow you good thing!
I'll just sit over there in the corner lurking.

Sorry to change the subject, but I'm a bit freaked out by the weather in Sydney today and the fires. The sky is yellow and it feels like Armageddon is approaching. I just had a discussion with one of my colleagues about natural disasters and I have to say that I fine this WAY scarier than earthquakes.

OK - I'm wondering ... do you think Raggsy could be involved with the fire-fighting? I have no idea, geographically, where the fires are but I do know that rural fire brigades travel. Missy - fires always produce a really freaky light ...

I talked to Rags this morning, and she is good but busy. I think the fires are more north of here and where she is.

She was going to try to check in the arvo.

I think it is the freaky light that is discombobulating me Froglette. I've just not come across it before. I'm sure all you guys have lots of experience with it, but it is really new to me.

Fires horrible. Ash and burnt leaves falling here. Skies black. Cool wind now gusting through.

I didn't quite get all my hair cut off but most of it. It made me feel liberated. If I got my hair shaved, I would be like my son who "bics" his hair. He looks good though.

My hair is quite short now. friends. Hubby hates it. I love it.

                                Who cares what hubby thinks.
