    Hiya Princess Carby!

    Today's brunch has just been boiled spuds, spinach and garlic, drained and served as a couple of packed to the rafter's sanger's with yer jarlsberg cheese and avocado and vegemite spread on multigrain toast.

        Evening Undies Mr G you should patent that power lunch on ya web site...its awesome ..its like a Paleolithic come Atkins low crab diet come weight watchers don't count the calories type thing..it will go viral and fund ya website.
        I can say Fickle is just as beautiful if not more than Louise Brooks with or without the infamous bobby cut.
        So undies I am planning on a sail day tomorrow so if I can arrange you guys to be on line at Reggie cam I will give you a time Ill gives ya all a wave and you can watch me scratch that eternal itch in my upper left buttocks so stand ya ground. If it happens. I might be told to go to K mart and buy some socks at the last minute ..but no way tomorrow is boat day !!!

          I called POETS this arvo and spent it watching Top of The Lake, the Jane Campion mini series.
          Very different. I enjoyed it.

            Hey all...wtf was I thinking? I got home and frigging C.L.E.A.N.E.D. while the menfolk all slept- well I did boss them around for an hour first...then I had an hours nana this arvo...still on hyperdrive...didn't sleep on the plane, I read The Help and talked to the flight crew instead. Feeling v lazy now...

            Love the pics Techie and I too was wondering about the reading material...couldn't you have used a brown slipcover? Ficks, your doggie is gorgi...

            Hope you're feeling a little more chilled now Mr G, and getting into some running and meditation.

                Hi folks. The book is titled Choose Yourself by James Altucher. Brilliant read by a very successful entrepeueur. I have followed his blog for the past few years. Have a great day.

                            :H If you mean have I rid the house of the smell of cat poop, pee and hair then the answer is yes. Nothing like a stressy cat, they can go to the cattery on the next trip. And there will be a next trip, I've got the bug now...

                            Very peaceful yoga class this morning. Back home to catch up on work crappage and the Lamp is off digging in the garden on a new project. Might just have a bit of pervage at Reggies crack too while I'm working...
