    DOH! is that what i been doing wrong all these years?
    I must confess the new shift is a pearl-er, only 6 13hr days a fortnight on, 8 days off.

      Evening all,

      Great you're happy with that Aspy. Hope all's well with the family.

      Well, a run to the city to catch an AA meeting. Mainly for the face to face connection with other alkies. For me it's important now that i have lot's of free time to put myself out there and not isolate too much. Followed this by a swim in the bay, then lunch overlooking it. Back home to make some music. I felt so much more positive after the run. Exercise every morning now for me to kick the day orf on a positive note. Might start a thread in the fitness area.                 Still 35 here Bridge - we are in Hyde Park for the Night Noodle Markets. I've bagged the table and chairs having chased the boy round the park once already - given the length of his legs and his fitness I'm buggered !

                  It's been about 16c here, rainy and grey. pffft!

                  3rd day in a row of the new G code theory. Am unravelling it with daily action. Run/exercise, make any amount of music, that is enough. Developing the daily routine to finally break the code. More on the site or check your Tweets.
