    Yikes Undies,

I thought Nicey had locked me in the Naughty Room when I couldn't get on yesty ...

Finally starting to get into the garden which I've seriously neglected for a long time. It will take a while to catch up but catch up I will.

    Beautiful day here.

Gardens can be incredibly healing gentle places I find Froglette. Mine was a bit of a life saver at times. Good physical work and a visible result with lots of lovely quiet time to think.

            Arvo roo's,

G'day Cozza. Glad you arrived back safe and sound.

Question for yis if you feel like responding. Another disciplinary/nit picking issue at work. Thing is, i'm now on me final warning, so looks like they'll sack me later next week. I must respond to them by wednesday.

Should i resign? or let them sack me and go for unfair dismissal and regain my job? I'll work it out, but i'm really wondering how difficult is it to get employment when you've been sacked? Never happened to me before. Any experiences or thought's? Thanks.

            Have a pearler y'all!

Economical then? Are you running it on yer bio fuel? e.g. cooking oil?

I know folks who have redesigned their motors to run on recycled cooking oil, and it can cost you only a couple of bucks to get from here to Sydney!

                  Hang on.
If you are on leave from your substantive position, and just working the 2 day fortnight in another position, how are they progressing a disciplinary case against you regarding the first (substantive) position? You're not even working it
Also, have you briefed a union rep about this?
I think you need a bit of support to work this one through.

                    I'm a bit confused too G.

I thought you had resigned from your substantive position.

If you are on your final warning does that relate to the position that you hVe just resigned from or the weekend one that you wanted to continue with?

Thanks for your response Bridge. The issue has arisen from my last day on the job from other position couple weeks ago to do with some wording in my case notes. I simply stated.....'Writer informed client that writer has been directed to cease work at ......program on 26/9/13.' Their issue is i've put the org in disrepute by using the language....'directed to cease work'. I'm just stating the facts. I got a letter from manager, after i resigned from last role, telling me my last date at work would be on date above. So, i made note of this in my case notes. (these notes could be accessed by courts in the future if there are any issues arising anywhere), so i thought it best for me, to reflect that the date for me to finish wasn't arrived at by me, but by management, even though i agreed to resign, they chose the date (which i thought was too short notice for my clients). Not sure if they have much of a case with this, but they can fire me if they want to. Yep, union rep has been notified, and speaking with them tomorrow.

I want to fight it, because i'm stubborn, but maybe it's best to resign re future employment prospects? I'll see.

                        I think they're being a bit paranoid.

Yes, all public records (and others) can be subpoenaed, but only if there is a litigation issue around it.
What do they imagine is going to be tried legally here?

Don't know. nothing as yet. They say their issue with me is the language i used in above quote. They say my language, as above, is inappropriate and jeapordises org's reputation......I dunno. I can't see how.

Anyway, i hope you're not in danger there with the fires. I wonder how Rags and other Undies if near fires are going.

Yes Missy, i've resigned from previous role, but remain in weekend role with no issues. Final warning and all warnings are to do with previous role. Their Issue is with my language used in my client case notes on my last day of work in previous role.

Ah, are youse saying because i've resigned from that role they can't discipline me?

We are safe from fires right now.

See Mr G, nobody is ever going to see those notes again, especially once they are made archival, unless there's an issue

Here's my take, reading in between the lines.
I think they are not the least bit worried about the organisation. I think they are much more worried about their personal negligence, and how their professional reputation might suffer if scrutinised via these notes (think union issues, think stress leave etc)
                              We might be over-thinking this.:H

Not necessarily. But if there are no wider issues, I would consider it redundant from a management perspective. (a waste of time, dude:H)
