I feel like it's minus 18 here. The aircon in my office gives me the pips!

Somehow I never saw you as a metro sexual. Interesting take.

Happy, I wouldn't stress too much your situation with your work colleague. I've been in those situations too, and I either go the the pub or cafe and order something non-alcoholic (and my standard response to the "Aren't you going to have one too?" is "no, I just dont feel like one at the moment") or if I feel like I'm going to be tempted by the environment I often say something along the lines of "I'm so tired after all the hard work that we've put in, and I think I'd find the pub too noisy - how about (somewhere else)?"
We had a work dinner yesterday (first one that I've been to since we started) and everyone was really keen to rush off to the pub at 4:30. I didn't get there until almost dinner time (and actually it was because I had work to finish rather than avoiding it), but when I did, only one person out of the bunch of about 8 ws actually drinking alcohol!!
Looking forward to the end of today - I've been working my bum off this week to get the first draft of a big piece of work finished. Just doing one last final push today to get it out .... then tomorrow I'll address all the emails and other stuff that I've been ignoring all week!!Never give up, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn

Just between you and I, I was gonna do the moon bum thingy but didn't want to get myself into really deep trouble, hence the almost moon bum thingy.

Hope you're feeling a bit better now Nicey, a laugh works wonders.
And as long as your parent didn't partake of anything in the locked S&M room, you don't have to worry eh? I mean, it wasn't painted red or anything, was it?
