Well it's all right now. I've learned my lesson well. You see you can't please everyone, so you've got to please yourself.

I went to sleep last night with the image of little pixie people being chased by a small herd of giraffes:H This place is such a mind expander.

Today I can see, so youz better watch out.

Morning Bridge! Phew...I'm glad about your eyes.

I dreamt I was water skiing behind a team of cattle - naked. Strangely, I was only worried that my hair wasn't tied back...

Needless to say I am xorsted...

Oops, nice to see you Siren, no bitch slapping. Please. That is all.

Morning Bridgey, Saucy, Glassy, Siren, and all to come,

Holy balls! Just WHAT is going on here?! Lot's of naked slapping it seems.

The thrill sure ain't gone Glassy, and yep, it is sweeter and just gets better every day.

And what a thrill this fulltime study lark is. It's cool to have some spare time to create with. Noice.

Glad you are enjoying the study G. It must be nice to have control over your days again.

TAwny - do you have a Cloud account with Apple? If so, you can make sure that everything is stored there so there is no risk of losing anything important.

Bridge - I have to have my eyes dilated every year and it always makes me feel really sick and nauseous. Did they use the horrible yellow dye? Honestly, even just thinking about it makes me feel ill ...... :eeew: I'm as blind as a bat as well at -9.75!!

Morning Missy. Geez, the dilation sounds uncomfortable. I've never come across it. Is it in concert with getting specs, or either/or?

Yes! The yellow stuff! And then they let me walk out with yellow stain dripping down my face I think the yellow stuff is anaesthetic and then they use the dilator.

It doesn't actually hurt Mr G, but the sensation of dizziness and disorientation is bizarre.

Struth. So whether one wears specs or not, it's become a necessary process?

G, they do it to test the pressure in your eyes, and to examine the retina. Its a bit of a screening thing for glaucoma, and I have it becuase there is a bit of a history of glaucoma in my family.

                                Frog,

Missy is correct about the iCloud. I have not completely embraced it because I use it only for personal junk and have nothing too valued or important but for those that do, it is like magic.

BTW, how are the chickens? I can't remember what all of you down under call them. Oh yes, chooks! How are the chooks?

                                BBJ,

Interesting about the dialation because ea time I go to the eye doc I can either do the dialation or pay out of pocket, I think $20, for a newer procedure. I go for that. Is it not an option in Oz?

EDIT: They have a machine that blows air into the eye.

I don't chime in much but I enjoy reading about all of you ea day. I especially delighted in the blue Listerine feet! Sorry, I have a sick sense of humor. Can someone please tell me what ailment Listerine feet was to cure? I cannot imagine!

                                Be good.
