Hi all, end if day 15 for me & still hanging in there. Though the nightmares are back (had them last time I quit) and I a nesting way too many sweet things! But gym early in the am. So at least some if it will be worked off. And am doing much better with my eating. Hope everybody is doing great

Hey, all. Hope everyones resolve and focus is still going strong. I slept horribly so i have a nice sober-zombie type thing going on. Have some positive steps planned out that i hope to incorporate into the day, we'll see how that goes.
