AF BENEFIT ALERT: I LOST 5LBs this week!!! Yes, partly the stepped up exercise programme - but then I can, can't I, since I am not comatose and sludgy every morning. So excited.
Thanks for all the support last night, I got through. Ended up eating ice cream and going to a movie - the ice cream bit didn't thrill me, but I was really pleased with myself for getting to the other side.
Only 4 more sleeps and it's a month...and onto No Way NovemberComment
