    Army Thread... 3rd October

Good morning Zennifer, Tipperooo, Tabbers, Mollymoo, Our Whizzy, Foxyloxy

It is still morning isn't it. Feel as if I've been farting about for an age.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

Morning everyone! hope all are well!

I'm off on holiday now through the 14th, with no wifi or phone service :egad: I may not survive.

Everyone take care and be good.
Well it's all right now. I've learned my lesson well. You see you can't please everyone, so you've got to please yourself.

Is that where the giant tortoises live. If so do you think if I ask nicely she'll bring me one home.

Just risen from me sick bed to feed Black Bess. Gawd I feel rough. Has to be some kind of flu as I was feeling okeyish earlier then back to sicky and yakky. Feels like several Hobbits trying to break out of my brain through my sinuses. Seems to be coming in waves.:upset:

                    GET WELL SOON JACS!!:l:l

Afternoon troops and brats and peeps :wavin:

Just back from third new day in the job... just realised, my job is in a converted barn and cow byre... my folks live in a converted cow byre. seems i am desitined to live and work and breath in the homes of cows...maybes i shoulda been a farmer (or farm hand)... :H

Whizzy - thinking of you lots and lots just now with your soreness. Yes, just wait until Sat morning and make a decision then. I really do feel for you... as a fellow runner I know how frustrated i get when illness or soreness impairs or prevents running.

Where's Questy... and how's her new job coming along?

Big waveroonies to the rest of youse (Doc, Skiverville open?)

Sorry you're feeling rubbish Jackie - hope the flu clears up soon.

Yep, the Galapagos Islands are where the giant tortoises live. Don't know if they would make good pets though.

Job's fine Recs - will take the month to get used to travelling and get me feet right under the work station, but yeah, hopefully it will be good for me, them and fun in general.

As for all set... i think so... not really thinking about it...POA is to just drive there, big hello hug to whizzy, run, big tata hug to whizzy, and drive back. (Simple, yeah? Just dont mention the run is 26.2 miles long :H)

Amy behaving Recs?! What with all the news about Amy I am sorry to say I forgot (momentarily) about Poppy. Hope they end up being bessie mates

                                :hallo: folksies

Got a bit of bad news today. Mrs. T has been diagnosed with diabetes. Both her parents have it, and she had gestational diabetes during both pregnancies. So not entirely unexpected, except that she had no obvious symptoms and leads a relatively healthy lifestyle - she doesn't even like choklits (crazy, I know). Some changes are called for, plus she's been put on meds. Her blood sugar count is hovering between 16- 18 at the moment . The normal range is somewhere between 2 and 6, or something like that.

Other than that all is well enough. Off for a squiz back.
                                I'll do whatever it takes
