I got this when I signed my cousin's diabetic kid up to a group a couple of years ago. Never used! (My cousin got her own menu plan going...)

:thanks: I'll see if it or something similar is available locally. That book probably uses American measurements, which I'm not familiar with.

I'll defo need to adjust my cooking repertoire fairly radically :upset:

Tablespoons, teaspoons, cups and ounces. I can send you a set of measuring cups too if you want... they're dead light. The book's a paperback and won't cost much in postage.

Yeah, I know you're going to have to make changes. It's not that bad though. I made changes a year ago to put yer wan indoors on a diet and "health plan". I've started buying a bit of carbs again now and yer wan indoors has lost 120 pounds and can eat what the feck he likes now... bloody eating machine... pisses moi orf! But I think you like protein so I reckon you'll be fine with it.

Debating whether to travel to Whizzy;s via shorter route (go through Liverpool) or longer route (go round Liverpool)... after 5 hours driving not sure I really want to find myself navigating me way through a city... also, Liverpool are playing at home (to chelsea) (Everton playing away).... so wanna miss the footie traffic.
