    Army, it's Saturday 5th October!

    Basically it's a piece of paper which says I'm not that bad and I can have a second chance.

    Stuff can be fixed if you do the right thing and persevere.
    I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.

    Drank within safe limits for almost 2 years

                It's taking a whilst to sink in, I think I've heard too many 'leopard and spots' comments over the years, not to mention a load of other ignorant stuff.

                Anyone who's still in the mire that is alcoholism, please do not give up on yourselves, do not think "Oh I've blown it might as well continue drinking", most things are fixable, no matter how bad you think you are, or the bad things you think you have done.

                There's always a way.

                I've also been forgiven by one or two people I was a real pain in the neck to. People who no longer have much to do with me and didn't have to say anything.

                Just takes time and patience (and I've been tearing my hair out for most of this year), if anything I'm certainly learning patience.

                    I did indeed. Lovely and peaceful and quiet to get a mass of stuff done. And managed to nip out for 2 ciggie breaks. Seeing if I can up my hours as I neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed the money. Have to wait 'til Tuesday to see what my boss says. Unfortunately I work for the office manager not Mr JC.
