I like the words "humblebrag" and "drainers" too. My brother is a drainer. I agree with satzy, the best thing to do is keep away from them.

Hope your aunt's op is/was a success sweetie. Fingers and toes crossed for you both.

Got my car sorted at the garage yesterday, so it should be ok until the MOT in a couple of months which could be a bit tricky.

Bit knackered myself - all these walks and runs are tiring me out, but I feel I should try to take advantage of the comparatively mild weather and get as much exercise as possible before winter sets in.

just flying in and not much clue whats going on, but sending my best to sweetie and hoping all went well. right busy here ad overslept - but decided not to complain as the dream I had was so lovely it really was worth it haha. Had an extra day off yesterday for my blood test, so not long n Ill be back home with the wife again - and when i'm next back at uni after that here i'll not be far from the 2 months af mark (day 51 today! cannot even believe it!) a very happy inchy, might raid the penny jar for a wee treat that day haha.

Yes he's well 'known' in fitness circles, lot of proper athletes swear by him and his words and he's a northerner which is good in my book:H. I would like to go to one of his training days but it's very expensive. I have been on a nutrition seminar hosted by someone who follows similar principles, who was a bit cheaper.

In my opinion he talks a lot of sense however you always have to be careful cos nutrition fads come and go, but I know from my experience most of what he says works.

The course I went on, the guy said coffee is a superfood, I can go with that.
