Just made a delicious syn-free carbonara- cant believe how tasty it was- prob now is I fancy summat sweet in the form of chocolate!!

Just made it with quark, eggs and plenty of seasoning- whisked up- then just added to me veg, bacon and pasta- really was delish

Not much craic really --- dog tired ---- again ---- goin into town on Sat and oh yeah --- we're going to a party on Sat night --- one of the couples in Aftercare is emigrating to Australia --- so it'll be a bit sad achully ---- they are the BEST of fun.... bringing 5 kids with them ---- MAD

He's a guard here and the police force over there were recruiting Irish Gardai --- apparently they are sought after over there --- not a great fan of them myself --- seems all they do is buy breakfast rolls round here!!
