Wow, I couldn't imagine having 5 dogs. One keeps me really busy because she is so needy. Every time I play with her she has to go and get a toy and throw it on my lap. She has more stuffed animals than most children.
Do your dogs stay in the house?

Thank You Jacy, Happier yes they do, and they all are large. But so is the house and Thank goodness I have central vac to keep up with the dog hair. It's really not to bad they go to the groomers every 4-6 weeks. They do demand a lot of attention. But such unconditional love; it is so worth it! Reardon, takes the dog toys out and leaves them in the yard every time the guy cuts the grass he comes with a bunch of toys. Then Reardon thinks their new again. Funny!

Simey Baby, it sounds like you've got a lot of good advice here, and it sounds like you have a brilliant - open relationship! Actually, it sounds like you're on top of the situation now but I can definitely understand how it could open up a whole lot of issues for you.

Maybe this incident has actually helped you in a way too.

PS And yes, I agree with the other guys, go easy on him. It sounds like he doesn't have a problem with alcohol as such. Give him a big smoochy kiss
