Hi All in the UK/Scotland ...

I would be up for travelling as long it was happening on a weekend.

What have you got in mind for us, Betty? Any suggestions?

Hi All in the UK/Scotland ...

How about a picnic in a famous park??? I'm thinking that a pub would be dangerous seeing as most of us are recovering alcoholics LOL .....

Please let me know your thoughts ......

I'd rather come to yours than to one in the states

                  Why not?

I am sure you would look great!

Saris are much nicer than Marks and Sparks finest!

Mind you - then I would have to turn up in a kilt - and that is NEVER gonna happen!

I think my boss is almost CERTAIN to be there!

Hi All in the UK/Scotland ...

                        True Scots

It most certainly is true what they say about Scotsmen and their Kilts. That's what the sporran is for though - carrying your undies in case it gets cold! No chance of my Boss being there - he doesn't leave work.

Hi All in the UK/Scotland ...

Hi everyone, I am in glasgow but I could do midlands as there are fairly cheap flights from here to East Midlands Airport.

Betty, I was down in Nottingham two weeks ago to see "Guys and Dolls". First time in your city and really liked it - very cosmopolitan! I did not too badly with the drink because I had my elderly parents in tow and was kind of forced to behave. Stayed in the Travelodge, Maid Marion Way - nice, clean and tidy.
