Lasagne in the oven. Mrs. T will make a salad.

Did I tell you that she's started making me a lunchbox? Yoghurt for brekkie, two fruits, and either a sandwich or a salad with something like grilled chicken breasts (which I still have to make ). Her blood sugar levels are getting closer to normal. It's already half of what it was when she was diagnosed.

Was talking to a woman at me volunteer place, she's newly sober and was going through the same thing the other night. She got all her t-shirts out and ironed them just for something to keep her hands busy. She was rightly chuffed to get through another night sober.
