I can recommend working in a laundry(factory/industrial type) for weight loss, 8lbs off an already very small frame within 2 weeks one summer and I cut my fitness training in half. Could hardly walk home end of first week, me Mum would meet me end of late shift and walk with me.

Been a long, arduous one Chez Zens today. Yer wan indoors has been working from home on a bloody big crisis and I got pulled in it. He's gone to the auto parts shop now so I can breathe a sigh of relief.
