    315 days, 10 months 11 day or 45 weeks am shocked but happy, only 7 weeks to make year one!

        9 weeks today

        quick bit of maths shows i'll be seeing in week 12 with alice in chains! yay!

                        I think it was day 90 for me yesterday.
                        I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.

                        Drank within safe limits for almost 2 years

                              Thanks, UKB. Beginning to feel as if I am getting the hang of this AF life. The AB is a godsend for when the mind chatter is too much. Posted about it on my thread "on becoming joyfully AF". Thanks for asking.
