    Self control month

    Day 3 of Self Control Month.

    Woke up at 5am or so for no reason. Feel really pumped up and ready to go. As I still have a few hours before work I might as well hit the gym early wooo hooo

        Now it is 100% certain that England will be hit with 80mph winds as the storm system passes through the Isle. I think we are underprepared to deal with this unlike the US where events like these are more common. Hope not to have any broken windows or power outages.

          Day 5 is half way done. The stormy whether is almost here, strong gusts of wind, expecting to top 80mph by the end of the night.

            I read the name of this thread as Self Control Mouth! And that is appropriate too! I commit to only having nice words come out of my mouth and not opening it for alcohol or processed foods. I also commit to 95% vegan in my Mouth this Month!

              I wanna join you Allan!

              I'm setting little goals for now...healthy food only this week. I have brought my lunch today. I'm not obsessing over calorie counting right now, just eating healthy. My big challenge will be at 3:00pm when I start walking around the office in search of chocolate!

              My second goal will be getting back to the gym, but not KILLING myself there like I used to. Baby steps
