Hiya, I know how you feel when depression comes on and I don't know of any surefire way of beating it, but I think posting here can while away the hours enjoyably. Where there's a down there's an up. Hopefully it'll all look better in the morning.

i dunno, i know my depression is having alot of fun taking over my head and it can last for a long time when it hits...just listening to some old 90's music...trying to do anything to make me feel less crap

wake one day all my family had died, two lovers and a wife and all my horses. one was 32yrs old when he died and last Dec my Boston got hit by a car. So I guess one of lifes lessons we all learn how to sleep alone. I didnt have kids my parents died as well well as siblings. There off spring wasnt close to our family. Because of divorice. Wish I had Family or mate to Bitch about. JUSTmyself to blame or love. As ways Tom
