100 Days of Freedom for Free at Last!
Hey Free, a big congratulations from me too. You made it to a huge milestone. You mention that you only take AB once every 7 days. How does that work? I thought it was needed every day? Please explain as I may be about to surrender to trying to get AB in Canada by hook or by crook.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. I look up to you and others who have reached that particular milestone. My goal is to be eligible to post on the 100 Days A/F Maintenance Thread...
Keep it up!!"If you do not change direction, you may end up where you are heading."

Aw shucks, guys (gender neutral term). You all are so wonderful. I could not have come this far without the support of my DH, the great community here on MWO, and antabuse. Let me especially thanks Byrdie, No Sugar, Little Beagle, Guitarista, K9, the 311 gain (shout out to Halo, Halfway, Siren, I'm On My Way, I'm Strong, I Can, and others who joined me on March 11 in trying to put this beast in a coffin) and so many more -- Gosh, I feel like Sally Field at the Oscars. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Sober Soul -- for me, the threat of getting violently ill (it takes 7-14 days to get the drug out of your system) is enough to stop the constant "I want a drink" but "I really don't want a drink." Funny, I could drink myself silly night after night but the thought of throwing up (or worse) helps keep me on the straight and narrow.

Hey,thanks, BH -- I read your posts regularly as I appreciate the honesty you bring to them. Glad to see you had a great day on your daughter's birthday -- best gift you can give -- to be present.
Mick -- wow. I might have to start dancing to this one. This is a happy dance if I ever saw one. Thanks!Free at Last

100 Days of Freedom for Free at Last!
the morning after a big celebration
Hi Everyone,
Once more, huge thanks to all of you for you compassion, wisdom, and support. This morning as I woke up after my big 100 AF days, I had a new thought in addition to my standard "I am so grateful to wake up from another AF night" Today's thought was "I have never once in my life woken up and wished I had been drinking the night before."
That was a simple revelation for me.
Hope everyone has a joyous AF Sunday.
Again, thank you.Free at Last
