This is probably pretty silly but thought I'd share.
Yesterday, 4pm and witching hour - I wanted that first glass of wine. While I was wondering how to distract myself, my 4yr old daughter put on her Wiggles DVD and made me to get up and dance with her. Well, I danced, laughed, got in some great exercise and really enjoyed that time with my little girl and DIDN'T think of wine once. Besides there is no way possible to dance to the Wiggles and also hold a drink???? That was a great diversion!
I did have a drink but not until much later and probably drank less than I would have had I started at 4pm.
