I hear you?re getting bad storms over the pond. Not sure if Scotland got hit but I?m just about to call me Ma so I?m sure I?ll be finding out?

Satzy? you been drinking enough water? I used to do the crackling with the salt rub to remove excess moisture like Mollers does. Can?t get a decent piece of crackling over here tho? :upset:

I spent the weekend masking & painting, moving furniture to enable masking & painting, and cleaning up mess. My bedroom is done though? walls, trim, doors? and the new doors are done both sides plus the trim around them. The new doors took 2 of us from late morning and all afternoon yesterday to do with only a wee break for lunch? noightmare.

Now on to painting the the rest of the house? argh! I might start on my bathroom today if I can muster up the energy.

Any good painters in the Army that fancy a working holiday in Florida?!

Hiya Mollers! How was yer hols?

I don't mind masking and I like rolling but not so keen on cutting in and trim work. As for the peripheral shite that surrounds painting... GAH!!!

I moved my car out of the garage Saturday so we could use the garage for the painting stuff. Parked it in one of the guest spots and look what some absolute bastard did to it in the middle of the night. :upset: To say I'm pissed off is putting it mildly as it already needs over $1,000 of engine work done to it and now this.

I only had 2 drunken car episodes... was awfully good at ye olde driving under the influence. One of them was a doozie though... really bad!

I'm really hacked off at the car but I should just suck it up. One of the first things that crossed my mind when I saw it was "this is payback for all the drunk driving I did"...

Just to add to the car story... the reason I didn't park on my driveway is it has 2 oil leaks that need to be fixed and I didn't want oil stains on the pavers so I parked in a guest spot. If I had sprang the money to fix the leaks I wouldn't have the broken bumper! Hahaha.... :H :upset:
