What do you say when ppl ask you for a drink?

I say I am in training for one excuse.....


my other excuse is that i quit smoking and i think i will sabotage that effort of i drink, so i chose not to until I am sure I wont smoke agin....this one worked good for a while, but people tend to say " oh i wont let you smoke" so you gotta adjust a little/.

Thanks for your words of wisdom. 3 Years is fantastic. I'm 57 easy days today thanks to Campral which for me has been an absolute miracle drug at taking away those nagging thoughts to drink.
