I really like the way you have it organized. Topa is so crucial to all this and such a radical medical phenomenon, at least as far as the reaction of my drs. is concerned, that it would be great to have a place to direct them to see discussion. They are really interested in what we are doing.

I logged onto the Weight Loss site...Wow... Great inspirational webite for us, and a great template. I loved that as I read that these women are struggling with their eating as we struggle with as our drinking. One woman was as as cute as to write that she was she was mad at herself for having 2 tequilla sunriquses... and and, girl, she knows that was a lot of calorories!!! Okay, see, theres the difference, I never worried about the calories,
