I've been using the CD's everyday. However, each time I use them I "fall asleep" and can't remember anything I heard Does anyone else have this problem? or maybe that is how they are supposed to work. I just don't know!

I often have the same problem when I use them...I've heard that it isn't really a problem since they are speaking into your mind....I am no expert though.

Yes, it is okay to fall asleep during them. Sometimes I think us thinking we are asleep really means we are hypnotized because I find I usually wake up when they are over. But either way I believe they are still working.

I quit smoking to a hypno-tape 20 years ago.I always fell asleep and used it to get to sleep after I quit.Bird
