Yes I knew it was coming and it was having a serious affect on me and now that I have had a couple of days to reflect, I am glad this stress is over with.
Time to go on the cruise Sunday and relax with my sweetie and let all this fade in the background.

Mama have you ever done the candle ear thing? It works!! I was skeptical. I had an ear infection for 3 weeks and was on 2 meds for it. Nothing was clearing it up. I did the ear candles and it was gone!!! They are like 2 bucks each at a health food store. Try it..I guarantee it will work.

Hey everybody,sorry about the layoff ft there will be something else just have fun on your cruise,aww kradle i can feel the pain in your posts but you know its for the best for him,just try not to stress,mama thats gotta be the worst pain there is! mine were throbbing wednesday nite then started itching inside after maybe we should try the candle thing?ive seen it done but it scares me i dont want my hair goin up in flames haha,and you guys are right if something happened to one of my kids id never get over it! she actually has been alot stronger than i thought shed be,she came back to work a few weeks after he passed then had to deal with the holidays without him,i wonder if thats what triggered her panic?these damn holidays are making me anxious,i dont want to relapse must stay strong! anyways luv ya guys have a good friday,im off so ill probly check back later

Pauly...you put a paper plate over your ear...hence it protects your hair. Just poke a hole and put the candle end through it to your ear. I was scared to death my hair would go up in flames. LOL

Embrace the Suck! ETS. That is awesome. I am so bringing that back to my therapist. She sent me a You Tube video link "Let it Hit You Like a Truck" which is also very in the mode of Embrace the Suck. Just roll with it. Don't let it make you hide, numb, run away. Feel it. There is something there that will make you feel alive. Let it Hit You Like a Truck!!!
