Hello everyone!! Hi Sun - always great to have you drop in. :l

Overslept and missed Church. Rats. Was going to take my Mom because she hasn't gone in so long. Told my brother that he is going to have to talk her into it & take her. She wanted to go but sometimes you just need to give her a little nudge. I've been able to get her out & about several times this week. Of course, it's easier for me. I guess it's different with a Mother-Daughter. Maybe it's just cause I don't leave here so she is more prone to go along with my suggestions????

Watching the Ravens - Bears game...........When it was suspended because of the crappy weather in the area (Chicago). Rats..........While I wait for the game to start up again.....I search through the internet...contacting my daughter in Granada...I also think about the impending journey I have to make to the same area on Thursday when my son graduates from Navy Boot Camp. Wait !!!! I hear that the game is going to resume shortly. (Their is a God ! Ha!) Happy Trails Tony

I had a feeling you were sick K9.
Pop fell last night and again this morning. Bret had to race across town in Monday morning traffic. His mother calls us in an absolute panic and we all go nuts
I can't take much more of this. I am at work alone and crying at my desk. I feel so helpless.
Plus, there is the usual work BS. Does anyone have a hole I can crcawl into?
My guys just walked in to find me crying and all just stood there quietly and left.

Sorry mama I understand...I cried at my desk too when my dad was having issues and I couldn't help him..it is so hard to see them frail and suffering...I am so glad I found him a good place to live. Just hope we don't run out of money keeping him there..sigh...
Dh and I have another horrid cold...no clue where we got this but we are miserable..so no gym and no errands for today..just tome hot tea and rest....

we are going to try and convince Nana that she has to have someone there 24 hours a day.....they have a policy that covers home health care...not sure how much it pays, but he only falls when she is alone with him...sigh

I hear ya mama. I drank my way through the summer but that helped nothing...now I just cry and feel the emotions I have been stuffing all my life....it is very hard but I know better for me.
