Morning Mr G and all! Xorsted, got a cold, sore throat etc which kept me awake. Then I heard the fusking foxes into next doors ducks and geese, shot out of bed with the half blind Wonderdog and without my specs, so a matched pair of idiots. He was delighted to be allowed to give chase and bark his head off and was happy even when he hit the wire gate at full speed. Twice. No one else woke up, bastards. So I put my cold feet on the Lamp until he surfaced so I could inform him of the doings. You would think he'd be pleased...

Off to yoga this morning if I can unclear my head...off to steam up the shower...have a good one people...

Sounds like an eventful night in the Happs house...did you save the ducks?
For some reason I'm picturing G as a big hairy huntsman spider in a suit.

So Mr Cakes is required to go to the Indipendant Music Awards tonight...with the rest of the workmates, united front, representing & all that...it'll get totally out of control as you could imagine. A lot of his workmates would put us all to shame with their partying ways, and not just the young'uns either. But thing is he'd much rather come home to the 'burbs, play a couple of games of soccer & wake up feeling good. So he was gonna work from home today so he culd avoid the awkward slipping away without anyone seeing him...the MD says 'no problem work from home, but you have to come to the awards'. They can't really make him, I suggested he drive in stay for a couple of hours & drive home...rather than put in the 8hr effort everyone else will.
Anyway, we shall see...

Morning Grinder. I'm with Mr. C. No reason why he can't roll up for 2 hrs then piss orf. Then everyone's a winner, and they can't whinge tomorrow. Maybe he could be firm and cite 'family duties' etc when leaving early, which probably ain't far from the truth.

Unfortunately, I won't be attending tonight as i'm polishing my guitar's. Safe travels.
