Nicey and Happy - haven't you ever heard of this?

    male answer syndrome - Wiktionary

Mr B has a very bad case of it as well. I once challenged him to utter the words "I'm not sure" and he couldn't do it :H

Glassy - I'm totally with you on Jetstar. I just totally refuse to fly on them now.

    Reg :l

I'm having a nice day in the office with the boss in Melbourne and most of the staff working at home because of our H&S issues. Ironically, since we sent everyone home, the wind and the rain have stopped the building maintenance work completely. So I'm having a nice time, getting lots of stuff out of the way and not having to interact with anyone except through email. My idea of a perfect day

Hate to burst the walking meditation happiness Missy but what you've described is more mindfulness. A true walking meditation, is eyes downcast walking one foot at a time, heel placing first and rolling onto the ball of the foot, so slooooowly...its good but it is hard going. Tricky in fact. But really, there is nothing wrong with mindfulness, just don't try to multi task too much...

Ok, yoga wanker me over :H

        Hello Froggy!!
        Hi there Happs and Missy,
I used to teach my kids walking meditation. It's also feeling the wind, sun, the balance of the body as you move from foot to foot etc., experiencing the experience of walking so to speak. I've been doing it for years. I enjoy it as it takes so much concentration.
Missy, have you tried outdoor sitting meditation where one by one you concentrate on all your senses? The feel if the seat, the clothing against your skin, what noises you can hear, what the ground feels like etc.

Oh Dog - so now there's another thing I do wrong.

When I walk I not only over-stride, I also look ferocious, grind my teeth and talk to myself in a menacing manner.

Srsly - if you ever saw me walking you would probably smack me upside the head and then do ...ummm...I don't know...things to me.

              Hellllooooo Missy!

I sent good vibes to you at 10.09am. I'm also having a lovely day. I've shut the command post door (hard) and I'm scanning stuff like there is NO tomorrow. No-one has knocked, called or stuffed notes under the door! It is Monday isn't it???

I know lots of men with that syndrome. I certainly D.O.

                Hello Undies,
Back from a lovely relaxing weekend in Melbourne.
Met up with the sensual and sensational Mr G., complete with his portable Bridgetracker .

Thanks Mr G for making a special trip to meet up.Wish we'd had longer together.... we'll have to make it a longer date next time... I will leave Mr Rags at a museum or something.

Never made it to the night noodle markets, so that's something for next time.
Mr G., if you're up here in Oct I'll take you to the night food stalls in Hyde Park... and I'll let you
have a drive of my ute.

Met Kirsten and Cathie in intimate apparel, DJ's, worked out how the Myki card, had THE best pizza in the universe at Caf? Cavallino in Lygon Street, and thankfully had Mr Rags with me as I kept orienting things 90 degrees and would
start wandering the wrong way down streets,
Oh, and I should've asked Bridge the name of the place where she stayed.
Our apartment was a shoebox size room with a fold down double bed.
Was hobbling around a bit all weekend as I jiggered my hip doing some gardening before I left so we didn't get to many places, and Mr Rags didn't want to hop a St Kilda tram...... maybe Mr G and I can do that next time.....

So, I'm off to the neuro surgeon in an hour to see about the pain in my neck........
Now there's a leading comment for you Undies :H

Shit, I just wrote a beaut post about seeing the neuro surgeon, MRI's and Baxter boots, and it vaporised.
                      I'll try again tomorrow.
                      See ya's.

                        b) organise some accommodation in Sydney?

Well little loves. I'm off to Bedfordshire to read my trashy novel.

                              Sleep well, dream pretty.

I'm off to the gym at 5.45am for the 6am body attack class. Wish me luck !
