    November Undies

    Morning, lovelies,

I think if you DO have negative thoughts, acknowledge them for what they are and know that they are temporary. That often gets me through the day.

Got bit by a fusking great inch ant yesterday. Bastard!

Froglette I've just had a flash.
You should get some Isocal or Sustagen and gum it when you don't feel like eating.
I don't know if I already said this or was just thinking it.
If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

Bridge - prolly a good idea. Thanks. I assume I can get that stuff in a supermarket? I used to believe in the "Listen to your Body" principle but I think my body's currently gone into mute mode.

The Blunnies are off and it's POETS. YAY!!!

              Hi everyone,

Just waiting for the Hair Yanker to arrive so I can give him all the stuff he asked me for yes.ter.day.

Once that torture is over, I'm taking of my Blunnies and running like a hairy goat!

              Yeeeee haaaaaw!!

                hey Honeys, I'm home.

Tawny, there's no handbook for grieving, sweetie. It's normal for your emotions to swing between the highs and lows of the celebration of a life and the sadness of the ending of it. You can expect that to go on for some time, and then also to hit you out of the blue when you think it's getting less.

After the terrible sadness of the funeral yesterday, I spent this morning in the comfort of the company of some very special friends and my first meeting and cuddles of an addition to our gang of an adorable 3 month old baby. So with the recent wedding and all, I've shared closely in the business of being hatched, matched and dispatched all within 3 weeks and I feel emotionally exhausted. I wonder whether the fact the we normally live so much longer now and have so fewer children makes us much less prepared for the emotions entailed in all those normal parts of life and death.

                Here endeth the lesson. :h

Sustagen general from supermarket, but specialised sustagen (complete) and isocal I would probably try a chemist instead.
