            Morning all! I have a houseful of locusts and its not even school holidays...what is that?

            Cakes, I've been thinking about the physical aspect of meditation and I reckon Mr G could be spot on with the pain diagnosis. No harm in speaking to your teacher before the class and asking for props. And standing or walking meditations are great too.

              that fast diet book sounds interesting, ill give that a look, at least it make some sense from an evolutionary point of view. Not like most of the 'FAD' diet.

                      Roger the roofing man sent young Luke the roofing man to clamber over my house and fix the leak (that the other guy couldn't find after three visits earlier in the year). Young Luke is coming back in a couple of days with the big ladder to replace the ends of the barge boards and some rotting fascia. Told him I'd be away Friday and he said no worries about the money, he'll call around some time when I'm home.
                      How good is that.

                              All plunged out here. There is actually a product specifically for removing hair from drains in Bunnings Burns through it....

                              Anyway, I'll spare you the rest.

                              The dealcoholized wine is vile BTW for those who were wondering. I will put the remainder into sauces and marinades and see how we go.

                              I think I'll wind it up early as I just fell asleep in front of Time Team
