      Howdy,

I had a dream about Birdy last night. Well, almost everyone was in it but. So, we were having a meet up at The Cheesecake Shop. I was telling Birdy I had to get another job because I was broke. There was much excitement amongst the group organising a holiday to Byron Bay. Birdy calculated the holiday would cost me approx $10 per hour - which I couldn't afford. We all ended up swimming in some river. My side was deep and warm but parts were shallow and freezing. I had to buy small versions of cakes to take back to work because they kept calling during our fun. Mr G was trying to pay but his card wouldn't work - the check out chick pointed out it was his student parking pass! That's all I remember for now.

Hurt my back a bit doing a jump squat - not too bad, annoying but. Will attempt a pump class later.

Air kisses to each and everyone of you!

        Morning all,

An everyday occurrence here Noicey! Especially the bit about the card not working. Hope your back's ok. You may or may not need a good session in the gong room to sort it out.

How are ya Techie? The bloke's def under some sort of spell. No avatar anymore, restricted postings.......:scratchinhead:

Yep Rags, i have your number and i shall call you friday morning to confirm meet-up time if that's ok? How about we meet at Flinders street station, on the steps under the clocks? The night noodle market is close to there so i could show you where that is. I'm covering all bases here too, as i know there is a direct live feed from Melbourne CCTV to Bridgtracker (I'm no dill).

Carlos and Lisa from Melbourne swingers club will meet you and Mr R at the airport and ensure your luggage and personal effects are looked after. They'll then escort you to the club for a bit of R&R, some relaxing spa action, complimentary Myki cards, and have you back at your hotel refreshed and chilled by 01:00hrs. No, no....you're welcome.

Thoughts are with you and chook Frog.

Thanks Bridge. It was quite tasty too.
Yep, Looking forward to it.... even though it'll be a bit blustery.
Haven't heard from Reggie, so it looks like lunch at Sails is orf.

Apart from the obvious attraction of seeing Mr G, that night noodle market sounds fab.
Gonna have a ball.... You'll like this little story.
As a Bonds cottontails gel, I took myself to DJ's yesty to get some alluring underwear (keep calm Bridgey :H ). They had THE most gorgeous (and expensive) bra and panty sets, but not in my size. "Drat" said me. "I'm going to Melbourne tomorrow for the weekend and wanted to wear something nice".

The saleswoman (an older person) said.." Oh, well, let me look on the computer as our Melbourne store may have some."
Not only does the Melbourne store have my size in stock, Kirsten in Ladies Lingerie on the 3rd floor of the Bourke St branch has put a set away for me. AND, they are having a 25% off sale starting Friday! How bloody good is that!

Thanks Tawn. I expect to be wheeled onto the plane to come home.... burp.

Try cooking that Jamie Lamb dish. It's tres yummy and pretty simple. I used lamb fillet steaks that were on special, but you could just as easy do it with lamb chops.

Take care , you are a very special frogmouth.

Yerright, Techie must be laid up

My thanks to you for organising Carlos Lisa and Myki cards. The spa will be wonderful after we've salsa'd and cha cha'd away at the club.....

Oooohhhh... that sounds like an assignation.... will you have a copy of The Age tucked under your left or right arm? I'll have my shuka bag with me.
I have to go to Bourke St. DJ's to pick up some lingerie, so I could walk down to Flinders St from there. Mr. Rags and I will probably have a latish brekky after spa-ing to the wee hours, so I should get to DJ's about 1030 ish.

Night noodle markets have to be the go. They have Serendipity Ice cream there. But, as I can get that here (well, not in the Illawarra that I've seen) I might try a pandan gelato from Gelato Messina. And I HAVE to have a Monkey Balls treat.

              Arvo all,

Raggsy - can't remember where you're staying but Southbank has heaps and heaps of fine eateries which will all be open and jumping when you get here tonight. Don't know about Melbourne but it's gorgeous up here weather-wise. You may NOT need your new DJ thermal lingerie.

Glassy - that link is fusking hysterical.

                Hello Tawn,
The weather forecast is for showers and max temps 21 22 and 19.

After I finished my post to Mr G I realised as we've already booked Vue Bistro and Ezard for Fri and Sat, so we'll most likely go to the Noodle Markets tonight as we won't get to the hotel in Lonsdale St somewhere till after 9 pm. But we will go to Southbank for lunch probably Saturday.... I am so lucky that these are the biggest decisions I have to make at the moment.
OK got to get changed and off to the airport.
                See youse all Mundee.

All you Undies stay well and happy.

?. loved that link Glassy :H

Have had a bit of a trying week ?.. think I caught Happy's bug and was pretty sick Sunday/Monday. Then when I got back to work, the exterior maintenance that was being done meant that the outside of the building was being sprayed with huge amounts of an organic solvent. The building is so old that lots of the windows don't close properly, so we were all breathing it in. I called the H&S people and the building has been declared not safe to work in this week. So I'm just going in for the odd meeting ?.. unfortunately it happened at a time when the keyboard on my lap top was just in the middle of giving up the ghost - it got some orange juice spilled on it a couple of years ago. I got it cleaned quickly at the time, but the guy that fixed it warned me to expect it to have a short life span. Mr B took the whole computer apart last night and cleaned it again, so we'll see how long it lasts now.

Having some unexpected leisure time, I watched a few new DVDs that had been piling up ? if you like crime stuff, this series is brilliant!!

Happy - was so pleased that you said that walking meditation was ok ??.. I'd been finding it impossible to stay still long enough to get through the (20 minute) meditation, but over the last few days I've been tuning in during my early morning walk. I quite enjoy it then, and find it very relaxing, but got a pang of guilt whenever the guy doing the meditation says "now sit comfortably and tune into your breathing" ?.. :H:H

Hate to burst the walking meditation happiness Missy but what you've described is more mindfulness.
