Dunno whats going on with hamstring but have a feeling it's related to the back and all that driving last weekend just fecked the two things! Have me exercises from physio which was supposed to be doing daily but had been slacking- bad girl!! Have started with them this past week again.

I do agree with you about not having a dog while you're working, peapie. Even though I don't work, I'm still finding it quite difficult to look after amy as well as I would like. I think ideally there needs to be at least two people looking after a dog, preferably with someone at home all the time. (There you go, another incentive to find a partner!) The monster is fine thanks, just waiting for her breakfast and post-prandial constitutional.
