Is there any way to buy the CDs individually? I am particularly interested in the one you listen to at night and the relaxation one.....

I went to the the website, www.hypnotictapes.com. They have all kinds of different kinds of tapes for different topics. I know that the weight loss one you can buy separately ($38 each) - don't know about MWO tapes (I saw that they were there.
The CDs are great. I don't listen to the sleep one - I am afraid that it would keep me up at night with a headset on. I forget to put the subliminal one during the day.
Last night, I had zero cravings for alcohol - that was probably the first time in a long time that has happened. No meds, just supps and the CDs - I really think it was the CDs.
