I have been on topa for 35 days now. I was up to 150 mg but dosed back down to 100mg cuz of being so tired. I also LOOK tired. People are tellin me that. (thanks a lot....I feel like I look like s***).
Anyway....I still feel that the benefits of not drinkin (35 days AF) far outweigh the tireds and lookin like s***. (Its probably not as bad as I think, I hope) But has any one experienced this and how long did it take to pass...or did it?
And what can I do to look better. The tired eyes and dark circles are killin me. Gabby

Hi Gabby, I did feel tired quite a bit the first month or so... But I remember just forcing myself to keep moving. Are you exercising? I get on my exercise bike or go for a fast walk, just do something to increase youre breathing & get your blood pumping, almost like priming an engine or something... get the momentum going... ..Hope this helps!:d Judie

Yes! I do force a workout (at least) in the am. I work my full time hours all on the weekend. So during the week I just drag. I do try not to give in to it. But...... |I gabby : )

the topa tireds went away for me after about 75 mg. are you taking the doses like the book says? try that. otherwise, maybe take the second dose in late p.m. to help you sleep. (just a thought)

Did you check out the nootropics or oops topa brain fart okay,
modafinil that you can take to help counter the topa dopa effect?? Could help you wake right up!:eek :eek
