Was doing my goldfish impression in the chair earlier :H
Never ceases to amaze me how I can do that now.
For years I struggled with sleep - & hated going to bed in case I wouldn't sleep. The idea of nodding off was alien to me and I remember envying my sister who could always do it.
Always then while drinking wine most nights - would wake at 4am with shocking palps.....and not go back to sleep 'till 6am :yuk:
Not sure what it is.....just so chilled in the evenings these days that I nod off.
I still go back to when I first started taking magnesium last year. Never looked back.
Cutting out the grog helped too:thumbsup:

I really do. I left the meeting at half time as there was a massive bonfire that was getting a bit out of control quit close to where my car was parked.
